Brief

Founded in 1950, CGI Real Estate has undergone a small revolution: a reinvented structure, a more contemporary approach and a new name. M&CSAATCHI was contacted to help CGI become a new brand and promote this change, while reassuring existing customers.

Brutal Simple Idea 

M&CSAATCHI advocated a return to their essential values, with a brutally simple name: M3. The brand was developed in the same spirit of efficiency. An advertising campaign was then carried out to present the brand without much fuss, but with surprisingly short and effective texts.
