Give a second life to the rotten

Context: 

In the context of the garbage tax that applies almost everywhere in Switzerland, the State of Geneva distributed 100,000 small green bins to its inhabitants in order to eliminate compostable waste from conventional bins and this increased the recycling rate to 50%, a rate that guarantees the absence of tax on the garbage bag.

Idea: 

To stage humor and sympathy using the most disliked waste: rotten food, by encouraging giving them a second life thanks to the Little Green Wastebasket. An integrated campaign, which reaches out to the people of Geneva through active community management and the implementation of events in their daily lives.
